RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Inspirational Watches. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled.
30-Day Voluntary Return Policy
Our voluntary return conditions below apply to change-of-mind returns. They do not restrict statutory withdrawal rights or remedies for faulty or non-conforming goods.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused and undamaged, with any original tags, accessories and packaging included. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send an item back before contacting us. For voluntary returns, please obtain return instructions before shipping. Exercising a statutory right of withdrawal does not require our prior approval.
Once your return request has been reviewed and accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable consumer law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at contact@inspirationalwatches.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs showing the problem. We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
Faulty or non-conforming goods are covered by applicable statutory guarantees independently of our 30-day voluntary return period. Where required by law, necessary return costs for these goods are borne by us.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products that have been used, worn, damaged or altered after delivery
- Products returned without their original accessories or essential components
- Gift cards
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene, health or safety reasons once opened, where applicable

These exclusions apply only where legally permitted. Use, inspection, missing packaging or accessories does not automatically remove a statutory right of withdrawal: any deduction must reflect diminished value as allowed by law. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights for defective or non-conforming goods.
Sale and Discounted Items
Sale or discounted items are subject to the same statutory consumer protections as other products.
Where our voluntary 30-day return policy applies, eligibility will be determined according to the conditions stated in this policy.
Exchanges
If you would like a different product, model, color or variant, please contact us first.
Where appropriate, the simplest procedure may be to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer covered by European Union distance-selling rules, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods, without having to provide a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back within 14 days. A clear statement of your decision is sufficient; you do not have to give a reason or wait for approval.
You may inspect the product as you would reasonably be able to do in a physical store. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Unless otherwise required by law, the direct cost of returning goods following a change-of-mind withdrawal is borne by the customer.
Certain statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply, including to certain personalized goods or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
For an eligible EU withdrawal, we will reimburse payments within 14 days of being informed of your decision, including the cost of standard outbound delivery. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery option chosen by you are not reimbursed.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, where permitted by applicable law.
After we issue the refund, your bank, credit card provider or payment service may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
